Continuously writing to my hard drive files "Userpath\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Safe Browsing" and Userpath\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Safe Browsing-journal" So slow and annoying me I had to disable it. Safe Browsing makes Chrom ridiculously slow for me. Hyperlinks, sent in Outlook, will not open in the browser with usual double click as it would with other default browsers; it is not possible to open internet applications by using Vista's internet browsing pane on the desktop.
